Description | This paper deals with the analyses of the contemporary drafts as well as already published Implementing Rules according to the Directive 2007/2/ES (INSPIRE) and also conformity to the underlying standardization framework composed from the OGC specifications. The basis of this paper lies in the comparison of the Implementing Rules for the Discovery Services and OGC CSW 2.0.2 specification. All main insufficiencies are depicted which results from the slight discrepancy between both standardization documents. The first part of the paper focuses on the concept of each network service while bearing in mind the proposed applications, obligatory and voluntary search criteria, as well as the main aspects that should contain any implementation desiring to become INSPIRE compliant network service. Conclusions of this paper were sent to the Czech Environmental Information Agency (CENIA) to become an official discussing material. |
