| Description | Urbanisation affects flora and vegetation of target areas. Urbanisation is related with destruction of natural habitats and with decrease in numbers of native species. However, comparison of species richness of cities and surrounding landscape showed that urban flora is richer. In cities some native and many alien species survive. |
