| Description | The paper deals with the study of the biological gualities of binary alloys,of titanium with columbium in dependence of the guantitive portion of columbium in the alloy. Tests on cytocompatibility and genotoxocity were performed. Among tests of cytocompatibility belonged tests of cell growth,cell adherence,dynamic dilatation test and tolerance test in monolayer and in suspension. Among test of genotoxicity belonged tests of induction of atypical mytosis,induction of chromosomal aberrations of cell line and in peripheral lymfocytes in man, On basis of evaluation of these biological tests there was established suitability of usage of such alloys in oral implantology. Beta alloys created in this way can be recommended for the production of implants. |
