| Description | Early diagnostics of invasive aspergillosis (IA) is crucial for patient s favorable outcome. This article summarizes advances in PCR diagnostics of IA in immunocompromised patients. Type of clinical material, DNA isolation methods, PCR target genes and correlation of PCR results with other markers of IA are discussed. |
