Description This article focuses on selected questions regarding judicial review of landuse plans before administrative courts. The principle aim of judicial review on the merits of these land decisions (as acts of general kind) is to consider an alleged infringement of public individual right of the proposer. In the first part attention is paid to the question of standing in the process based on proposal to cancel an act of general kind or its part, as one of procedural conditions of the proceedings, and then further problematical aspects of judicial review of land-use plans are examined (in the light of criteria stipulated in existing decisions of the Supreme Administrative Court) as well.
