| Description | This contribution deals with particular types of municipal decisions. Especially it focuses on their role while solving conflicts of interest regarding certain territories. Thus I will pinpoint the problems of both the public and private law which are often dealt with in municipal proceedings. Moreover I will outline the tools that are used for such solutions and the relationships between municipal decisions and documentation regarding municipal planning. |
