| Description | This text annotates for now last legislative proposal offeror specific solution of the responsibilty of the legal persons for crimes in the Czech and compares it with Slovak Republic. Conclusion: the Czech Republic is under an obligation go by the way of hybrid solution, dministrative - criminal, otherwise it disobeys article 1 paragraph 2 of the Constitution CR. Slovak Republic goes, for the same reasons, by the way of fictitious criminal responsibility. |
