| Description | The main aim of the paper is to specify the position of collective investment schemes in the internal system of financial law, in particular to define the collective investment schemes to the capital market law, and generally determine its relationship to the other sections of non-fiscal part of the financial law. It is obvious that the paper is focused on the system of financial law, its internal coherence and system, with the accent strongly imposed primarily on the non-fiscal part. |
