| Description | The publication remembers the work of well-known Czech legal philosopher and theorist of civil law, Vladimír Kubeš. He was a scholar of the Czech legal theorist František Weyr. Kubeš ranks among the scholar of the normative school from Brno. The publication is devided into two parts. First part analyses the problems of Kubeš legal philosophy and theory. The second part explains the his conception of civil law. |
