| Description | The paper deals with variously kinds of sanctions which is exploitabled in the case of intervention in rights to trade name and in cases of unfair competition. It is also occupied with limitations that is not resulted from act directly, but only from the judgments of the courts. It is researched advisability of legal adjustment in Commercial Code in the concrete cases from some of the judgments of the courts. |
