| Description | The effective protection of environment presents one of the three pillars of sustainable development. Liability enforcement for infringement of environmental protection legislation, including the environmental liability damage, is one the fundamental means of achieving the effective environment protection. EC legislation significantly forms the legal framework of environment protection in each Member Stare. In the last few years the attention has been also paid to the liability tasks. Contribution is focused to the transposition problems as well on impacts of Directive 2004/35/CE on environmental liability with regard to the prevention and remedying of environmental damage to the Czech legislation. |
