Description | Bryofloristic surveys of several nature reserves were made in the Žďárské vrchy Protected Landscape Area in 2006 and 2007. The studied areas consist of rocks and sometimes of block fields. One previously known record of Orthodontium lineare was confirmed and seven new localities were found. Their altitudes lie in the main vertical distribution range in the Czech Republic. Thin soil layers on rocks were the most frequent substrate. Eight localities of Dicranum tauricum were found. The altitudes of these records were higher than the main vertical distribution in the Czech Republic. D. tauricum grew mainly on stumps and stones. |
