• Description: In summing up the recent Towards eEnvironment conference is emphasised how the impact ICT will lay important role in creating the eEnvironment and how important this is for eDemocrac. In the paper an outline of eEnvironment is also given. Its history is presented and problems and challenges of eEnvironment development directions are also discussed.
