Description | This report summarises the research involving the teachers at the selected primary schools in Brno and its vicinity. The research was aimed at monitoring the sociodemographic and personality characteristics in a sample of primary school teachers and on tracing the link between these characteristics and the teachers life satisfaction. This research is part of a more extensive research focused on the teachers and the teacher trainees attitudes towards the teaching profession from the point of view of their motives to choose teaching as their job, job prestige and job satisfaction. |
