| Description | Generaly in training process and special in ice hockey there is possibility of suitable control which seems to be very useful.With the help of modern monitoring device it is quite comfort and efficient, especially if training process is organized in big area. Therefore,the aim of this study was to control and analyse training load by using heart rate monitoring.rate measurements were realized with device Suunto Team Pack represent useful system for on line training control and coaches have possibility of individual acces to players. |
