| Description | The paper deals with the development of legal regulation of limited liability company in czech law after 1989. It describes the first regulation contained in Economic Code, it characterizes the basic components included in Commercial Code (amount of nominal capital, construction of liability, possibility to found the company with only one partner). In the ending the paper shows the future perspective of this company in prepared Company Code. |
