| Description | The presentation was focused on the current issues of the implementing of quality standards process in social services in the Czech Republic. First at all were discussed the research results of the Research Institute for Labour and Social Affairs. This reserch project was designed as the case study of asylums for homeless people and was carried out in 2007-2008. The specific situation of the elderly users was open as the intersting topic within the frame of the research. These people are out of the labour market as well as could be usually very difficult for them to leave the asylums because doesn't existed the continuity of additional social services or shelter living. These aspects strengthen the dilemmas of front-line workers at the work with their clients. |
