Description This workshop was focused on the possibility of cooperation among different concepts of social work in the practice. The discussion was based on the theory of different concepts of social work existing in Czech social work practice: administrative concept, professional concept, philanthropic concept and activist social worker concept. The participants of the workshop mostly suppose the administrative and philanthropic role of the social worker in the CZ practice. Since the role of social worker is not defined or specified within most of organization, the communication among different concepts is very insufficient and problematic, both among the organizations as well as within one facility. The expectation of the social services clients appear as the significant aspect of the social workers role definition within the organization too.
