Description | The author deals with relationships between religion and psychology, especially personality psychology, in the paper. The aim of the study is to show that the relationship is not competitive, nor conflicting, but that an attitude unburdened with prejudices may lead to reciprocal enrichment. It is argued that the evolution continues in the advancement and broadening of consciousness. This process of becoming more complex occurs through the way of socialisation, individualisation and transcendence. It can be described as cultivation of spiritual culture of personality, which involves also aiming toward wisdom and toward anchoring one's life in love. |
