| Description | The contribution draws attention to reduction of the official frmaework of the adminsitrative reform in the Czech Republic , in which the knowledge of administrative science and managerial approach have not been utilizated, in the sphere of quality and effectiveness of administrative activities in relation to the relevant legal regulation. It stresses the role of administrative judiciary in this process, whith their indirect influence on the quality level of public administration activities, i.a. with the use of principles of good governance. |
