| Description | Civil claims and criminal prosecutions often raise scientific or technical issues which cannot be decided by judge. These issues must be decided on the basis of expert evidence. This paper compares the legal regulation of the expert's role in judicial proceedings in Czech Republic and England. The author especially tries to point out to aspects which could be used in the Expert Act in Czech Republic too. |
