| Description | This article describes the procedure and conditions of the entry in the Registry of expert institutes. Scientific literature has not dealt with this problem. The Czech legal regulation does not specify the conditions, so it is necessary to closely analyze the requirements set by the Ministry of Justice who administrates the Registry. The last part describes the procedure of the entry including judicial review. |
