| Description | The paper deals with some determinants of career choice in adolescence - defines the basic developmental stages, in which adolescents think about their future profession, and focuses on the importance of cognitive and noncognitive factors that can in these stages influence the career choices. Theoretical concepts are supplemented by results of a survey of secondary school students. |
