| Description | The article focuses on selected aspects of intergenerational relationships among school teachers. The first text section summarizes some theoretical approaches to the problem of teacher positions in later stages of their school career, as well as aspects of their expected benefits in favor of younger colleagues and the whole school institution. The second section then presents selected data from a research survey in which others the questions about support for older teachers and mutual help have been studied under the teacher generations. |
