| Description | The article deals with the contract for exercise of rights, which is represented in the Commercial Code mainly by the industrial property licensing agreement. The author deals with the essential elements of the industrial property licensing agreement and with the form of this type of contract, which has to be written. The author analyses the fundamental provisions of this contractual type and the rights and duties of the contractual parties (i.e. the provider and the assignee). The author also focuses on the recording an entry in the register of rights. The article also concerns itself with right maintenance and related submitted documents. It also points out some special national regulations as well as international agreements. |
