| Description | In the Czech Republic we have been witnessing more and more often with extraordinary events like floods. Floods are a phenomenon that we could not fully prevent. Their random appearance and variable extent has negative impacts on the relevant risks perception. This paper deals with financial associations relating floods of anti-flood measurements as a specific instrument of public policy in the crisis management area that should be used for increasing of effective allocation of financial resources on their realization. |
