| Description | Increasing number of chronic diseases and accelerating costs of health care are important problems of health services system. Article presents four main methods of solving these difficulties: (a) more money to the system, (b) better effectiveness and efficiency of health services, (c) rationing, and (d) improvement of population health. The first three methods are limited, but increasing level of health is almost without any boundaries. The health education and professional training focused on better health literacy are important prerequisites of good health care system. |
