Description | This study gives a overview of current methods usable for monitoring of cyanobacteria occurence in water bodies to serve as an early warning system before the cyanobacterial bloom occurs. The aim was to test Algae Online monitor based on induced chlorophyll fluorescence technique. This machine has very low detection limit and is able not only to give information about the amount of cyanobacterial cells in water, but also on their physiological state. |
