| Description | The author deals with the problems of agency employment as a form of unstable work. She describes the agency employment as very risky as far as the social position and the social protenction of employees are concerned. For intensifying the social protection of employees she considers to implement some of the ground principles of labour law (prohibotion of discrimination, limitation of the period of duration, right to information and so on). |
