| Description | The contribution dealt with the constitutional framework of self-government, it presented the comparison with the situation in Germany and Austria. The author highkighted extremely short declaration of the right to self-governance in the Czech constitution which left a vast room for the "ordinary" legislator. The constitutional declaration of self-governance implies the constitutional limits for the control itself. The contribution presented such particular limits on the case-law of Constitutional Court. |
