| Description | This article analyzes the concept of dispute resolution (especially arbitration) in cyberspace. Today the cyberspace and internet is a new phenomenon. Not only businessmen but also consumers enter every day into contracts online. These contracts often contain an arbitration clause. This article deals with the arbitrability of disputes in on-line cross-border business-to-consumer arbitration. It is a question of arbitrability and admissibility of such clauses and disputes especially from the point of view of the consumer protection. |
