Description | In the paper are described and discussed the users involvement and participation as the base of current development of social services providing in the Czech Republic. In the first part is described the system of social services and the principles of Law on social services. Next part is focused on the user participation in connection with the standardization of social services providing. In the third part is discussed the community planning as the method of social services development on the local and regional level. In conclusion are enlarged opportunities and risks of the user participation principle implementation to the daily practice of social services in the Czech Republic. |
