| Description | This contribution analyzes an embedment of some minimal age limits for assuming rights and duties during childhood and youth in contemporary Czech law. It provides comparison of minimal age limits in Czech law. Such comparison shows that the age limits are sometimes gratuitously different compared to each other. Therefore, possible explanations of differences in minimal age limits are explored. |
