| Description | In this article we focus on the field of various employment conditions in chosen firms in two branches of industry (machine industry and IT). Presented analysis is the first phase of larger research which is focused on inner functioning of firms and work`s impacts on workers. We are interested if employees consider some employment conditions to be problematic and if employment conditions` perceptions differ in both sectors or according to the type of job, which people do. The study shows that employment conditions differ according to work position and job content. Most of employment conditions are perceived positively, though work is considered as highly physically and psychically demanding by majority of the workers. |
