| Description | The main topic of this work is connection between sense of work for disabled people and their motivation and strategies at labour market. Research presented at this work shows the more passive attitude of disabled people to searching of work and participation in active labour policy programs. Occasion of this problem I see at wrong experience, accumulation of handicaps and unsatisfactory using of programs of active policy. |
