| Description | Paper describes some aspects of intergenerational cooperation of teachers in secondary schools. The first part deals with certain theoretical approaches to the issue of the status of teachers in the late stage of their careers in schools and projected aspects of their help younger colleagues and the whole school. The second part presents selected data from the research, which focused on issues including supporting senior teachers, and mutual assistance between generations of teachers in school. In the intergenerational cooperation plays a major role reciprocity: can a young teacher to ask for help and comes to his openness as a first, this may be an opportunity to know each other and thus to develop deeper cooperation and mutual trust, by senior colleagues need to coming out. |
