| Description | In 2006 the South Moravian Centre for International Mobility launched a program supporting talented students. One of the key elements for assessing the candidates by the committee is the result of a psychological examination. We based our study on our own model of determinants of outstanding performances of both high school and university students, which corresponds to great degree with the Munich model of exceptional talent defined by Heller et al. The validity of this method is being checked continuously. The elaborate structure of the process of selection and the quality of the subsequent care about the applicants enlisted in the program are two factors which contributed to the fact that over the past 5 years we did not have to handle a single complaint lodged by unsuccessful applicants. |
