| Description | The military criminal law is a specific sector of criminal law. It is characterized by specifical realtionship in army. Very often the breaking of the military duties by an individual soldier may cause the destruction of whole unit. Therefor the punishments in military criminal law were wery hard, we found here for exemple priciple of collective culpability, the punishment by other combatants and punishment based on forfeit of honour of military order. |
