Description | The author's research is based on the preceding stages of her work concentrated on changes of the vocal quality measured by means of the standard DSI (Dysphonia Severity Index) method. The research investigates to what degree the basic vocal characteristics of primary school teachers (who are at the same time part-time students) are influenced by their professional preparation (ie musical theory and practice) and by the real conditions of their school practice. The previous research is summarized and results are formulated as criteria for the future intensive work with a group of students in the final stage of the research project. |
