| Description | This paper deals with the aspects of the INSPIRE compliant cartographic visualization of datasets and its publication via the Web services as well. There are described INSPIRE basic principles for better understanding to this EU Directive at the beginning. Thus, there are solved issues of data specifications concept and data model (for the use case hydrography). The primary focus is aimed at the portrayal in a form of the Styled Layer Descriptor (SLD) rules. This work may be used as the identification of requirements for the hydrographical spatial data theme as well as a guideline for the correct understanding of portrayal for the data specifications in general. |
