| Description | In view of the increase investment participation in securities markets, it is important to have an overview of the approaches taken Czech jurisdictions in regulating the misuse of inside information (insider trading). This publication examines the duties of issuers of financial instruments concerning the manipulation with inside informations. Its focus is on how the regulations in these Czech republic reflect the European law associated with insider trading. Problems associated with providing the transposition of European law are also discussed. |
