| Description | Our research is focused on lectin-saccharide interaction study. Lectins show high specificity to monosaccharides and oligosaccharides, which are therefore the best inhibitors. Docking method is fast and elegant way to identify possible binding site of the lectin and to define energetically favoured saccharide orientation in the binding site. |
