Description The article deals with the CC's decision that followed a previous plenary decision on the constitutional conformity of the legal regulation of the so called search warrant dealing with other premisses. In this case the legal regulation in the criminal procedure code demanded only the consent of public prosecutor instead of a judge and that is why the constitutional court held such a regulation as unconstitutional.
