| Description | The article focuses on mobbing, i.e. harassment and bulling among teachers at primary schools. It specifies the theoretical foundations of the issue, presents findings of an extensive research of mobbing incidence in the environment of Czech schools, and searches for relations between school ethics and interpersonal relationships among teachers and this phenomenon, including possible consequences for the victim of mobbing, quality of school climate and school operation as an educational institution. |
