Description A case of patient with hyper-IgE syndrome and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who achieved a durable remission after modified immunochemotherapy is rported. Heterozygous point mutation (c.1259A > C) in codon 340 of the DNA-binding domain of STAT3 was detected in the patient .
