| Description | In this paper we present selected results of a questionnaire investigation focused on teachers over 50 in Czech basic schools. The research project is financed by GA CR (The Czech Science Foundation) and is called Teachers in the late stage of their career. We discuss some of the ethical aspects of the project implementation and we particularly notice how senior teachers perceive the change in relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and school management. |
