| Description | The research project deals especially with the characteristic of administrative processes in environmental law and this is done in both the theoretical approaches and problems of application connected with it and with regard to fiveyear experience with application of the Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Proceedings, as amended. All this is considered with due regard for the specifics arising from other laws especially the new Building Act and environmental legislation. Attention is also paid to principles which the procedural forms are connected with. Researchers dealt also with chosen issues of judicial review and worked with judicial acts. |
