| Description | Application of PAH fluoranthene in intact and UV-light photomodified form (both 0.05, 0.5 and 5 uM) and a herbicide Basagran (5, 20, 35 and 50 nM) led to inhibited germination of pea (especially by FLT and phFLT and high concentrations of Basagran), inhibited growth of seedlings (high concentrations of FLT and phFLT, all concentrations of Basagran) and negative changes in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (F0, Fv/Fm, PhiII). |
