Description | Sexual dimorphism of the human clavicles was studied in order to create discriminant equations which can be used for sex determination. The poster aims to present discriminant equations for sexing human clavicles, applicable to complete bones as well as fragments. The studied sample consisted of 379 clavicles of adult individuals from present-day population. The specimens were derived from the University of Athens Human Skeletal Reference Collection housed at the Department of Animal and Human Physiology, University of Athens, Greece. |
