| Description | The author deals with the contemporary state of genre theory (genology) and on a series of examples shows the change in the genre conscience in the works of older and younger generation. On the conception of new philology he manifests new potentialities of genology and the necessity of the development of its methodology, systematics and terminology which should gradually unite. |
